The upper level stair's concept revolves around the idea of 'shift'. The inconsistent proportions of the stair represents the moving nature of this idea and how its appearance portrays movement.

The lower level stair's concept focus around the thought of 'sleek'. The black polished stone used as the platform for the stairs expresses the ideas of silky and glossy, while the pale glass surrounding the stairs acting as a wall presents the images of smooth and shiny.
